Training takes place at Tom's studio in the Wirral. Lunch is provided. Subjects range from indoor lighting, wedding and portrait photography, digital workflow, posing, business plans, pricing structure, qualification and competition appraisal, Photoshop tutorials, wedding album design, printing and presentation and are tailored to individuals requirements. Just let us know what you need!
Often full day tuition is not required and Mentoring can be undertaken for a small fee at anytime to suit the photographer requiring assistance.
Tom can offer training from the novice to the full time professional at his Neston Studios on the Wirral, with local beauty spots close by for location work if necessary. Everything from 'How to use your first camera' to 'Off camera flash explained', 'How set up your first business' to ' How much do I charge' explained. Tom is also one of the few Accredited Speakers from the Societies Training and Educational panel.
All mentoring sessions start at 9.00am when we explore the technical/business info that you need. If model(s) are required, these are arranged for after lunch so that we can travel to a location if required close to the studio (no more than 15 mins drive) depending on wedding/portrait requirements for practical sessions.... or it can be solely studio based. Additional fees of £50 will be required to secure each model(s) services if required. The time we finish is when you've had enough (usually 5.30pm) but the models will only be contracted until 4.30pm.
Take advantage of his international teaching reputation and vast experience from over 30 years in the industry to make the most of your cameras, business and images. Discounts are available on all supplementary training materials to students who make use of Tom's training programmes.

Sorry I had to leave early today as I had intended to give a public vote of thanks to you, Neil & Mike. I felt that you where excellent teacher today - giving the right amount of tuition and yet allowing the class to interact , but more important you clearly enjoyed the day, especially with the interaction with Abby, who was superb in adversity of the cold weather.

Thank you for a most interesting and informative workshop. We had a fantastic day with you and the other delegates and we learned such a lot. We will be putting many of your ideas into practice during the coming wedding season and we are sure these ideas will benefit our clients. The day flew by but you managed to cram so much into it. Your posing techniques were brilliant and your Photoshop actions have made our workflow so much quicker - everyone should buy them! The dinner was great too! We wouldn't hesitate in recommending your workshops to new photographers as well as to those with more experience, as we are confident even a seasoned professional will come away with something useful.

Just a quick note to thank you for the excellent course last week at Inglewood... am slowly working my way through all the notes now and starting to put the advice into practice.
